Physical Counseling Application Form for M.Tech. Admission 2013

ADMISSION NOTICE
Applications are invited for filling up of the left over vacant seats for the following Programmes through physical Counselling.
A. M. Tech. Programmes:
Material Science & Nano Technology, Electrical Engg. (Power
Systems), Electronics & Communication Engg., Mechanical Engg.,
Computer Science & Engg., Bio-Medical Engg., Electrical Engg.
(I&C), Energy Studies & Environmental Management,
Bio-Technology, Chemical Engg.
Admissions to M. Tech. Programmes will be made first on the basis
of valid GATE score & then on the basis of valid score in merit
list of Entrance Test (HCPET-2013). If seats still remain vacant, those
will be filled through the academic merit of the qualifying examination.
Note : For eligibility conditions, consult Prospectus 2013 (HCPET-2013)
B. Architecture (PG) Programmes:
Master of Construction & Real Estate Management,
Master of Architecture (Sustainable Architecture),
Master of Urban and Rural Planning.
Admissions to these above PG Courses will be made on the basis of academic merit.
C. M. A. English: Admissions will be made on the basis of academic merit.
D. M. B. A. (5 Year Integrated Programme)
E. MHA (Two year regular course)
Note: For the Programmes B, C, D and E as mentioned
above, consult Admission Brochure 2013 for eligibility conditions.
Further, admissions to these programmes will be made on academic merit
of the qualifying examination. For MHA admissions guidelines given in
the Admission Brochure 2013 will be followed.
The candidates desirous of seeking admission to the above programmes shall apply on the prescribed application form
(relevant to the programme) available on University Website
www.dcrustm.org.
The filled up application form (Separate for each programme to which
admission is being sought)
must reach the University by 08/08/2013 up to
05.00 PM. Postal/courier delay shall not be the
responsibility of the
university. The application is to be sent in the name of Registrar,
Deenbandhu
Chhotu Ram University of Science & Technology, Murthal
(Sonepat). The filled application form
must accompany with a processing
fee of Rs. 500/- (Rs. 125/- for SC Candidates of Haryana)
(non-refundable) in the form of Bank Draft drawn in favour of Registrar,
Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science & Technology, Murthal
(Sonepat) payable at SBI, Murthal Branch Code 14374.
The Counselling
Schedule is given as under:
Date (12.08.2013) : 9 AM to 11 AM: for all reserve categories
(After 11.00 AM all vacant seats will be converted to open General Category)
Venue (M. Tech.) : Computer Centre, 1
st floor, C.V. Raman Block
Venue (M. Arch, MCRM, MURP, M.A English, MBA (5 Year Integrated) and
MHA: Respective Departments.
