DCRUST FEES STRUCTURE FOR 2ND TERM 2012-13

DEENBANDHU CHHOTU RAM UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY MURTHAL (SONIPAT)
(Established under Government of Haryana Act No. 29 of 2006)


It is for the information of all students of UG/PG courses that the schedule of payment of fees for the year 2012-13 (IInd term) will be as under:-
iB. Tech./B. Arch. IInd Semester                                    10.01.2013 to 17.01.2013
B. Tech./B. Arch. IVth Semester

M. Tech./MBA/MA English/M. Sc. Hons. Math.           18.01.2013 to 25.01.2013 M. Sc. Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics,
Bio-informatics, MHA, MURP, M. Arch.
IInd and IVth Semester

B. Tech./B. Arch. VI and VIIIth Semester &                  28.01.2013 to 04.02.2013
B. Arch. Xth Semester

With late fee of Rs. 200/- from 05.02.2013 to 14.02.2013.

In case of late fee deposited, the fees proforma shall be signed by the Deputy Registrar (Accounts).

The fees will be deposited by all the students of UG/PG degree courses in the State Bank Account No. 31559481201 maintained at State Bank of India, Murthal Branch.

1. All Deans/Chairpersons. The fee schedule should may be brought into the notice of all students in the Department and the students may be directed to pay the fees in the Bank directly.

4 Deputy Registrar ( Accounts ) to intimate about payment or non-payment of the University Fees/dues by each student within 7 days of completion of  Fee Schedule dates.

7 Chief Warden ( Girls Hostel )-3 copies
8 University Librarian
9 Dean ( Academic Affairs ) 10.  Incharge Computer Centre, CSE Department with the request to post it on the University Website.

12.  O.S.D. to Vice-Chancellor (for kind information of the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor)
13.  P.A. to Registrar (for information of the Registrar).
14.  Academic Assistant- 2 & 3.
