The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will declare the results of Class 12 Monday, an official statement said.

The results will be declared at 10 a.m., and will be available online on www.results.nic.in, www.cbseresults.nic.in, and www.cbse.nic.in.

The results will also be available through interactive voice response system (IVRS) at a charge of Re.0.30 per minute. The numbers will be available on CBSE website.quick link

JEE (Main) Results 2013 to be out today

New Delhi: Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) 2013 scores are expected to be declared at 4 pm on May 7 (Tuesday). Conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education, JEE (Main) 2013 scores will determine admission to the National Institutes of Technology (NIT) and the Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIIT) and some deemed universities. 

Candiates can check their scores on the website www.jeemain.nic.in. Class12 board marks will carry 40% weightage and JEE scores will carry 60% weightage for admissions. The JEE (Main) scores are also an eligibility test for the JEE (Advanced), which a candidate has to take if he/she is aspiring for admission to the undergraduate programmes offered by the 13 Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and Indian School of Mines Dhanbad. 

The result will comprise the marks obtained in JEE (Main) along with the list of 1,50,000 candidates who qualify for JEE Advanced Exam for IITs. All eligible candidates for JEE (Advanced), scheduled for June 2, should register at http://jeeadvonline.iitd.ac.in/ or http://jeeadv.iitd.ac.in/ between May 8 and 13. 

About 10.5 lakh students sat for JEE (Main) - 9 lakh students opted for the pen-and-paper test while 1.5 lakh students took the online test. 

In case of non-receipt of the rank card by post within the stipulated period, candidates may apply for duplicate rank card along with the payment of Rs. 50/- ( postal charges of Rs. 30/- for outstation candidates) through Demand Draft in favour of Secretary, CBSE, payable at Delhi/New Delhi between 01.08.2013 to 31.08.2013.

Life Insurance Corporation Of India (LIC) is going to conduct written test (online) on 11th and 12th May 2013 for the Recruitment for 750 posts of Assistant Administrative Officer (AAO) all over India. The Exam Duration is of 2 hours and it consists of total 160 Objective type Questions on the basis of Reasoning Ability (30 Questions), Numerical Ability (30 Questions), General Knowledge (30 Questions), Computer Knowledge (30 Questions), English Language with Special emphasis on Grammar, Vocabulary and Comprehension (40 Questions).

JEE Main 2013 Result

Result of JEE Main 2013, JEE Main Result :-

JEE Main 2013 Result will be declared on 7.05.2013 on: www.jeemain.nic.in – the official website of exam. The score of a candidate will comprise of his/her score in exam and status of every candidate whether he/she is eligible for JEE Advanced 2013 exam or not.
Merit lists for JEE Main 2013 Result will be prepared separately for BE/ B. Tech. and B.Arch. / B. Planning admission after giving a weightage of 60% to JEE Main 2013 score and 40% to normalized score of Class XII or equivalent qualifying exam.
Rank Cards of JEE Main 2013 Result bearing the All India, State and Category Ranks of candidate and detailed marks in each exam will be hosted from 08/07/2013 onwards on the official website. The Result of JEE Main will include a number of category wise merit lists in which candidates will be arranged in the increasing order of their ranks. The marks of class XII will be considered after normalization.
The result cards will also be sent candidates via Ordinary Post from 12.07.2013 onwards. No responsibility will be taken by the organizing bodies for any loss in postal transit of rank cards of JEE Main 2013 Result. However the candidates who don’t receive their rank cards till the within the stipulated time period have cam apply for a duplicate rank card of JEE Main Result on making payment of Rs. 50/- and an additional Rs. 30/- for postal charges via DD drawn in name of Secretary, CBSE which must be payable at New Delhi/Delhi.
This duplicate card issue request can be made in between 01/08/2013 and 31/08/2013.
Tie – Resolution Procedure in JEE Main 2013 Result:
Candidates scoring equal marks will be assigned merit order by giving preference based on the following:

• Higher score in JEE Main 2013 exam in Mathematics.
• Higher score in Physics in Result of JEE Main.
• Higher normalized score in qualifying exam.
• Higher absolute value of ratio of positive and negative marks.
• In case, the score of JEE Main 2013 Result is still same, then the candidates will be assigned same ranks.

After the result declaration, all candidates’ answer sheets along with the captured responses will be hosted on official website so that they can verify them.
The Result of JEE Main will also be used by a number of colleges for admissions in Engineering courses.
