ADMISSION NOTICE (2012-13)

Applications on prescribed form from eligible candidates are invited for filling up left over seats for admission to B. Tech. I^st year/ B. Arch. I year/ B. Tech 2^nd year (LEET) and MBA (2 year) courses as per the following schedule:

Physical Counseling after 21/08/2012 for the vacant seats will be held only for two categories (AIC & HOGC) after merging the reserved categories to HOGC. Seats still remaining vacant (if any) after 25/08/2012, shall be displayed on website on 28-08-2012. These seats will be filled up on 29-08-2012 at 10:00 AM, out of applicants who have already applied for physical counseling till 17-08-2012 after merging all categories and no fresh applications shall be considered.

The candidates are required to report for counseling in the Seminar Room, 2^nd Floor, Vikram Sarabhai Block, in the university with full semester fee of Rs. 45800/-(day scholar) / Rs. 47800/-(Hosteller) in the form of Demand Draft only in favour of REGISTRAR, DCRUST, Murthal payable at SBI, Murthal(Bank Code 14374). All other documents are to be brought as mentioned in the HSCS brochure. The students already admitted to the DCRUST, Murthal in previous counselings need not to submit any fee/document, but they have to apply in the prescribed form by paying Rs. 600/-by demand draft only.

MBA Programme (Venue: Department of Management Studies)

First Counseling (Including reserved categories)	21/08/2012 at 10:00 AM (on the basis of MAT score)
Second Counseling (Open) Fee: Rs. 47800/- in the form of demand draft in favour of Registrar, DCRUST, Murthal	24/08/2012 at 10.00 AM (on the basis of MAT score) After 24/08/2012, admission against vacant seats will be made on first-cum-first serve basis on academic merit.

The application form duly filled in, accompanied by a Demand Draft of Rs. 600/- in favour of REGISTRAR, DCRUST, Murthal payable at SBI, Murthal, shall be submitted at University Reception Counter in Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Bhawan (Administrative Block).
