ADMISSION NOTICE (2014-15) 

Physical Counseling for vacant/left over seats in MBA (2 Year) Programme on 13.8.2014 at 10.00 A.M.
Applications on prescribed performa (available on University Website), from eligible candidates are invited for filling up vacant / left over seats for admission to MBA (2 Year) Programme till 11.08.2014 upto 05:00 PM. The following is the schedule for physical counseling at the University:-

1	MBA 2 year programme (Merit of CMAT/ MAT/CAT/Academic Merit of qualifying exam (i.e. Graduation) in order of the preference)	(i) First half on 13.08.2014 (upto 12.00 noon) – For Reserved Category(ii) The seats from reserved categories remaining vacant, if any shall be converted into general category after 12.00 noon.(iii) Second half on 13.08.2014 (from 2.00 p.m.) – For General Category

Note:

1. The allotment against vacant seats (if any) will be strictly as per the merit shown above.
2. The candidates are required to report in the Seminar Hall, 2^nd Floor, Vikram Sarabhai Block in the University with full semester fee {Rs. 47800/- (for day Scholar), Rs. 49800/- (for Hosteller)} in the form of Demand Draft only in favour of REGISTRAR, DCRUST, Murthal payable at SBI, Murthal (Bank Code 14374).
3. The candidates are advised to check the University Website for available seats matrix status from midnight of 09.08.2014. The vacant seats shall be filled up on 13.08.2014 at 10 AM onwards.
4. Candidates must carry their all original and attested certificates documents (02 copies) for physical counseling as mentioned in HSTES Admission Brochure 2014.
5. If any candidate reports late, he/she will be considered only for the seats available at that time.

Prescribed application form is available on the university website www.dcrustm.org. The application form duly filled in should be accompanied with a Demand Draft of Rs. 1000/- (Rs. 250/- for SC candidates of Haryana) drawn in favour of REGISTRAR, DCRUST, Murthal payable at SBI, Murthal. The application form may be submitted at University either in person or by post in the name of Registrar till 11.08.2014 upto 05:00 PM. The University shall not be responsible for any postal delay. The candidate will not be allowed to participate in physical counseling without submission of application in prescribed performa till 11.08.2014. Contact No. is 0130-2484104.
