GUIDELINES FOR EDITING OF APPLICATION AND DOWNLOADING OF ADMIT CARD

• All candidates who have applied for HCPET – 2013, for admission to M.E./M.Tech. have been allotted an Application no. and Password. Both have been sent to their registered mobile no. and email ID also. Candidates should keep them secured to avoid any misuse.
  
• In case of non receipt of the same or for any technical query related to the software, candidate can contact the helpline 09602455429 (During office hours).
  
• The candidate should visit the website http://dcrustm.eadmissions.net or http://dcrustm.ac.in/
  
• Then candidate should Login using the Application no. and password.
  
• The details filled by the candidate in the manual application will be displayed. Candidate should check all fields properly and EDIT the incorrect fields. He / she should also UPDATE the blank fields which are mandatory for counselling. Since the candidate has logged in using his / her own Application no. and Password so he / she shall be solely responsible for the changes. CORRECTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED BY THIS ONLINE PROCESS ONLY.
  
• Group / Cluster code will not be edit able. If you find any correction in these fields then contact the Dean, Academic Affairs on Phone No. 0130-2484024
  
• Application will not be submitted unless all mandatory fields are filled. The mandatory fields will be marked with a Red Star if left blank while submitting.
  
• After submitting the application, the candidate will be directed to the Admit card download / Application printing page.
  
• Candidate can save the Admit card in .pdf format and print it.
  
• Roll no. are generated for all candidates whether having valid GATE score or not. Valid GATE scorers are not required to appear in the entrance exam.
  
• In case the candidate does not want to Edit / Update the application at this stage then he / she can directly download the Admit Card by pressing the button at the bottom of the page, “ I will Edit the application later but before 17-7-13 . Download my Admit Card now. ” In this case the Admit card can be downloaded directly. BUT SUCH CANDIDATES HAVE TO VISIT THE WEBSITE AGAIN AND EDIT / UPDATE THE APPLICATION UPTO 17-7-13 FAILING WHICH HE / SHE WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR COUNSELLING.
