The All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE 2012) is an examination organized by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) for admission to B.E./B.Tech and B.Arch./B. Planning courses in various national level institutes like NITs, IITs, Deemed Universities, Private, Government Funded institutions in India.

11th All India Engineering Entrance Examination – AIEEE 2012

AIEEE 2012 Eligibility Criteria:-


    * For AIEEE a candidate needs to pass in Class 12th with Physics and Mathematics is compulsory subjects & at least one of the subjects among Chemistry, Biotechnology, Computer Science or Biology.
    * And for Architecture Courses Mathematics is compulsory subjects  in class 12th with at least 50% marks aggregate.



Forms will be available in designated branches of Syndicate Bank, CBSE Regional Office and Selected Institutes

AIEEE 2011 Important Dates/ Notification:-

Forms Available from December 15, 2011 to February 14, 2012.

Online Application Form would be made available on the www.aieee.nic.in from November 23, 2011 to January 14, 2012 (5.00 p.m.)

Last date for receipt of application form in CBSE office i.e. January 20, 2012.

AIEEE 2012 :- April 29 - 2012 (Sunday)

AIEEE 2012 Paper Pattern:-

Paper 1:- Physics & Chemistry:- 150 objective type questions with equal weightage to Physics & Chemistry:- Total Marks 450

Paper 2:-
Mathematics:- 75 objective type questions:- Total Marks 225

Paper 3:- Biology (Botany & Zoology):- 75 objective type questions with almost equal weightage to Botany & Zoology:- Total Marks 225

Paper 4:- Aptitude Test Part I:- 50 objective type questions:- Total Marks 150

Aptitude Test:-  Part II :-
Two questions to test drawing aptitude:- Total Marks 75
