HTET 2013-14 – Apply Online for Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test

Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani has posted notification for conducting Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) 2013-14. Eligible candidates can apply online from 16-12-2013 to 27-12-2013. Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) Details:
Name of the Examination: Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test
1. Level – 1 – For Classes I-V: Primary Teacher
2. Level – 2 – For Classes VI-VIII: Trained Graduate Teacher
3. Level –3 – Post Graduate Teacher (PGT)
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Senior Secondary, Diploma in Elementary Education, Matric with Hindi/ Sanskrit or Sr. Secondary/ Graduation/ Post Graduation with Hindi as one of the subjects for Level-1 Teachers, B.A/ B.Sc/ B.Com with relevant subjects, 01-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed/ B.P. Ed) for Level-2 Teachers & Post Graduate Degree in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks from a recognized university and B.Ed. from recognized university for PGT Posts.
Application Fee: All Candidates except SC & Differently abled and and SC & Differently abled of other state have to pay Rs.600/- for each Level, SC & Differently Abled has to pay Rs.300/- for each Level through e-challan.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates have to apply online from 16-12-2013 to 27-12-2013 from the website www.hbse.ac.in or www.htet.nic.in. After Successful submission candidates have to send one copy of e-challan, attested copy of certificate of Secondary examination, Confirmation Page, after putting their signatures, thumb impression and affixing a recent colored passport on the “Confirmation Page” at the respective District Coordination Centres of the Board. Such candidates who are unable to deposit the above said documents (Confirmation page etc.) at the District Coordination Centre, should send the same only through Registered/ Speed Post in an envelope by super scribing as “Application For Htet- Level _______” so as to reach to the Secretary, Board of School Education, Haryana, Hansi Road, Bhiwani – 127021 latest by 30-12-2013.
Instructions for Online Application:
1. First Candidates have to scan their Photo and Signature.
2. Log on to the website www.hbse.ac.in or www.htet.nic.in. Application can be submitted online from 16-12-2013 to 27-12-2013.
3. Read carefully the Information Bulletin and start filling the online application.
4. Proceed for remittance of examination fee through e-challanas per instructions.
5. Take two copies of print out of “Confirmation Page”. Keep reserve a copy of print out for future reference/record & another must be sent to the relevant authorities on or before 30-12-2013.

Starting Date for Online Registration, fee payment: 16-12-2013
Last Date for Online Registration, fee payment: 27-12-2013
Last Date for Receipt (After Payment) for Final Submission: 30-12-2013
Online Correction in Particulars: 31-12-2013 to 02-01-2014.
Date for Downloading Admit Card/Roll Number Slip: 20-01-2014 Onward

For PGT-Lecturer: 01-02-2014 from 10.30 AM to 1.00 PM.
For Primary Teacher – Class I to V: 02-02-2014 from 10.30 AM to 1.00 PM.
For Tgt Teacher – Class VI to VII: 02-02-2014 from 3.00 PM to 5.30 PM.

SSC Vacancy Details:
Name of the Post: Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff
Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 18-25 years as on 01-01-2014 (i.e. he/she must have been born not earlier than 02-01-1989 and not later than 01-01-1996). Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed Matriculation Examination or equivalent from a recognized Board.
Selection Process: Candidates would be selected based on their performance in written examination.
Application Fee: Candidates should pay the fee of Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) by means of “Central Recruitment Fee Stamps (CRFS)”only available at the counter of all Departmental Post Offices of the country. Recruitment Fee Stamps should be pasted on the application form in the space earmarked for the purpose and got cancelled from the Counter of Post Office of issue with the date stamp of the Issuing Post Office. The candidates submitting their applications on-line should pay the requisite fee only through State Bank of India in the form of challan or through State Bank of India net banking. Fee is exempted for all Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Physically Handicapped, and Ex-Servicemen.
How to Apply: Eligible and interested candidates can submit their applications in the prescribed format either online or by post.
Offline Mode: Applicants can apply through the filled in application as per the prescribed format and submit to the concerned Regional Office/ Sub Regional Offices of the Commission as given in notification on or before 13-12-2013.
Online Mode: Applicants can submit their online applications through the website www.ssconline.nic.in, Part I registration process must be completed by 11-12-2013 and Part II registration process should be completed on or before 13-12-2013.
Instructions to Apply Online:
1. Before applying online candidates must scan their passport size photograph and signature.
2. Log on to website www.ssconline.nic.in
3. Read the instructions carefully before selecting the options.
4. The filling of online application contains two parts, (i). Part I Registration and (ii) Part II Registration.
5. In Part I registration, fill basic information and submit.
6. After submission, Registration No. shall be generated, note down registration number or take the print out of the page.
7. Take print-out of challan generated online after completion of part I registration and pay the fee as mentioned above.
8. After completion of payment process, go for Part II Registration.
9. Fill the payment details, upload photograph and scanned signature.
10. After filling with necessary data submit the online application form.
Important Dates:
Online Application Starts From: 16-11-2013.
Last Date for Part I Registration of Online Application: Up to 05:00 PM on 11-12-2013.
Last Date for Part II Registration of Online Application: Up to 5.00 PM on 13-12-2013.
