UGC NET DEC EXAM 2016 RESULT and Cutoff List

UGC NET December 2016 Result: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) declared the result of the UGC National Eligibility Test for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Eligibility for Assistant Professor (UGC NET December 2016) conducted on 10th july, 2016. The CBSE UGC NET Exam is conducted for the purpose of appointment of eligible candidates as Assistant Professor and Junior Research Fellowship in government colleges of different states across India.

We are pleased to inform that Centre of Excellence for Energy & Environmental Study is organizing Three Day Training Program on “Entrepreneurship Opportunity in Solar Energy Sector” from 1^st September to 3^rd September, 2016 in association with M/s Thams EnSol, a Delhi based company at Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology, Murthal,

This program is first of its kind in India and exclusively designed for the pre final and final year undergraduate and Post Graduate Engineering students of Indian Universities and Colleges who are interested in the business or sales side of the PV industry.

 This program will help our students to explore the entrepreneurship opportunity in the Indian solar market. This sector is fully supported by State and Central Government. Engineering and management students can explore new opportunities for themselves. Government of India has announced to generate 100 GW of electricity through solar energy which has given unprecedented boost to employment opportunities in this sector. It is expected that in next 5 years more than 10 million jobs will be available in this sector at different level.

Syllabus for Entrance Test of M.Sc. (Environmental Sciences) The candidates appearing for the Entrance test will be expected to answer Multiple Choice Questions drawn from the following fields: 1. Graduation level Zoology/ Life Science including biochemistry, cell biology, physiology; genetics, taxonomy, evaluation ecology.
2. Graduation level Chemistry including organic, inorganic and physical chemistry.
3. Graduation level Geology including physical geology, structural geology, palaeontology, economic geology, mineralogy, crystallography, etc.
4. Basics of Environmental Sciences, pollution biology, wildlife and forestry.
5. Basics of Agricultural Science including Soil and Crop Science etc.

Eligibility Criterion: Graduate or higher degree in Science / Technology / Engineering

Admission Notice for Leftover/Vacant Seats in PG Programme Advt.11/2016 

ADMISSION NOTICE FOR LEFTOVER / VACANT SEATS IN PG PROGRAMMES

Counseling cum admissions against leftover / vacant seats in PG programmes will be held on 2nd August 2016 (Tuesday) in the respective departments of the University. Details of vacant seats are available on University Websitewww.dcrustadmission.org. Candidates are required to report and submit their applications along with the documents between 9:30 a.m. to 11: 30 a.m. in respective departments. No application shall be entertained after 11:30 a.m. (for other details and fee structure pl refer the PG prospectus available on university website)

These seats shall be filled up through All India Category (AIC) basis. Firstly on the basis of Valid GATE SCORE/CMAT (as applicable), secondly on academic merit of qualifying examination. Thereafter, if seats still remain vacant, chance will be given to those who have cleared their pre final year/semester examination and appeared in final exam.
